Was a little worried at first about doing Pilates as older and less fit than a lot of the other participants, but I needn’t have, Tracey very on the ball and makes suggestions if you’re not as flexible as others, without making you feel inadequate. This is a fabulous class to do for all ages abilities, with humour and chat thrown in. Highly recommend !
